Yes. We always send you a proof copy for approval before printing begins.

Once you approve the proof, any errors you missed are not our responsibility.

7. What If I Don’t Provide Enough Information for the Design?

If you choose our design service, it’s important you provide all the information we request.

If there isn’t enough information to complete your design, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

8. Can You Make Custom Layout Changes to My Template?

No. Our design service focuses on adding your business details, logos and photos to make your document print-ready.

We don’t redesign or restructure templates.
